When does my subscription start?

When your pages go online, not at purchase. Your pages go online once you have validated your questions. With Résonance and Concerto, the first month is charged on the day your first product goes online, then every month on that date; a product put online during the month is billed pro-rata for the days remaining until the due date. With Écho, the first year is included in the publication, then the subscription is renewed each year on the anniversary of the online launch.
