The crawler log
The network logs crawler traffic on the pages it publishes. Each retained line bears a hash of the originating address, never the address itself: the hash is salted, and the salt is not published.
The source log is deleted after 14 days.
Facts derived from this log
Records derived from the log are not subject to the same retention period as the log itself. Their retention period has not been finalized to date. We therefore do not announce one: publishing a duration that the system does not apply would describe a behavior that does not exist.
This page will be updated with the chosen duration as soon as it is decided. In the meantime, anyone can request its status at the address below.
Publications
Publications are not subject to a duration but to an event: deregistration of the company's SIRET leads to deletion of the associated content.
What has been published remains online after the end of a subscription. What ceases then is not the page, but its belonging to the present: the company no longer submits and is no longer included in current selections.
Our clients' data
To execute our contracts, we process the professional contact details of our clients and their representatives, information about their products, and communications related to the service. This data is used to provide the service, and for nothing else.
Payment is collected by Mollie B.V., a payment institution: we do not receive or store credit card details. For billing purposes, we retain our clients' corporate name, address, SIREN or VAT number, the invoice delivery address, and their payment history; invoices are generated and sent by our bank, Qonto; European VAT numbers are verified with the European Commission's VIES service.
The name and expertise of the experts in the testing program are published on the test pages, with their consent.
This data is retained for the duration of the business relationship, and then for the period required by our legal obligations.
