The free offer
- Can I create multiple free listings using multiple accounts?
- No. There is one free listing per website: if your website's listing already exists, it will not be recreated, regardless of the account requesting it.
- My product has changed: how do I update my listing?
- Delete the listing from your customer area, then create a new one from your website: it will retrieve your current information.
- What happens after one year?
- We will write to you to revalidate your listing. Once revalidated, it remains online for another year, still free of charge.
- A listing already exists for my website, and I did not create it.
- Write to us at contact@fairedubruit.com from a company email address: we will verify and return it to you.
- And what if I switch to distribution?
- Your free listing is removed upon your first payment: we review your website to establish up-to-date listings, then we prepare your questions.
- Why only one free listing?
- Because the free listing serves to establish your presence in direct search, when you are named. To be found when you are not yet known, you need questions: that is distribution.
Distribution
- In which languages is my distribution published?
- In French and English, included in the publication. You can add German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese, at launch or later: 19 € excl. VAT per thematic site, once.
- What happens after the first year with Écho?
- The first year is included in the publication. Then, renewal every year: 99 € excl. VAT for one product, plus 50 € excl. VAT per additional product. You are notified 30 days in advance, and you can switch to Résonance or Concerto at any time.
- Do I get a discount if I have multiple products?
- Yes: -10% starting from 2 products, -15% starting from 3 products. On the publication and on the Résonance and Concerto monthly subscriptions, for all your products.
- What happens if I stop my subscription?
- Without a subscription, your pages are removed and excluded from search engines. If you resume a subscription within 6 months, they will return without having to pay for the publication again. Beyond that, they are deleted.
- What is guaranteed?
- Real, dated, and linked pages on thematic sites; the questions you choose and adapt; distribution in French and English; with Résonance and Concerto, the dated log of AI bot visits to your pages. What is never guaranteed: that an AI uses your pages, because each answer is rebuilt for each question, depending on how it is asked and the person asking it; and a ranking against a competitor, a fictional criterion in an AI response, since the same question asked again an hour later never yields the same list of sources.
